3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

After receiving a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 and receives ৳1,000 as a bonus, their balance will be ৳2,000 and they must wager a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 to withdraw the bonus.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Each user may claim the first-time bonus only once.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive a bonus.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same device, IP address or payment method are not allowed.
• If bonus misuse is detected, both the account and the bonus may be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Cashback

Regular players receive weekly cashback through the VIP programme. There are four tiers — Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated from the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

5. Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Errors
